Billionaire pub baron Justin Hemmes has welcomed his first child with his model partner Madeline Holtznagel.
The model, 28, confirmed the happy news in a post shared to Instagram on Sunday while revealing his adorable name.
The baby boy is Holtznagel’s first child with the billionaire Merivale owner, 52.

‘Jaeger Justin Hemmes ❤️ 1.06.25,’ she captioned the post.
Hemmes is already father to two daughters – Alexa, nine, and Saachi, seven – with his ex-partner Kate Fowler.
The announcement included a string of snaps photos showing the couple’s newborn baby wrapped up in a blanket.
The post was flooded with comments from friends and followers.
Radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson writing: “Congrats to you both honey. What a cutie and love the name 🥰🥰.”

The Bachelor star Anna Heinrich wrote: “Congratulations. He’s beautiful ❤️❤️❤️.”
The couple began dating in 2019 following his split from ex-wife Fowler in 2018.
Holtznagel also has a model sister, Simone, who welcomed her first child, a daughter called Gia, in March 2024 with her now-ex-boyfriend Jono Castano.
Simone also commented on the post, writing: “I love him ❤️.”
Hemmes is heir to the House of Merivale family fortune and principal of the Merivale Group.
The Merivale group owns around 100 pubs, hotels, restaurants and other venues across Australia.
As of May 2025, the Hemmes family’s net worth was reported to be around A$1.58 billion, according to the 2025 Rich List.
House of Merivale emerged as one of the country’s leading clothing chains in the ’60s and ’70s, platforming young designers such as Prue Acton, Kenneth Pirrie and Norma Tullo, before the pair embarked on a hospitality empire.
John Hemmes passed away in 2015, aged 83, after battling bone marrow cancer.
He was survived by daughter Bettina and son Justin, who took over the family hospitality business.
