Radio host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed she’s been immortalised in a candid portrait that has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious 2025 Archibald Prize.
Painted by talented artist Kelly Maree, the KIIS FM star, 50, has said she’s “in awe” of the stunning piece and said it was “one of the great highlights of my life”.
In the portrait, the Kyle and Jackie O star is seen posing in a blue tulle and embellished dress with the painting of Jackie looking incredibly life-like.

Sharing a video of the stunning piece of art, Henderson said she was in New York months ago when she was contacted by the artist, who painted actor Josh Heuston last year, for the special project.
“You could have knocked me over with a feather. Was this real? What serendipity. Turns out we were drawn to each other,” Henderson said.
“To say I’m honoured doesn’t even come close. It’s truly one of the great highlights of my life to have been chosen as her subject and now to see her once again named a finalist (and rightly so).

“The level of skill, emotion, and patience this took… I’m still in awe.”
Henderson said the artist “poured her soul into this piece”.
Kelly Maree said she was “beyond thrilled” to be a finalist in the Archibald Prize.
“I wanted the portrait to feel whimsical as if she were outside beneath the moonlight,” she explained in a post on her official Instagram page.
“I positioned her leaning forward and looking towards the viewer as if caught in a moment of thought.”
The winner of the Archibald Prize will win $100,000 and will be announced on May 9.
