Orlando Bloom and Bryce Dallas Howard are best known for their serious roles, for which they’ve garnered an impressive number of awards and nominations each.
But their Deep Cover co-star Nick Mohammed tells 9honey Celebrity not to underestimate the pair’s comedic skills.
“We all instantly kind of gelled, so it was really nice and as a trio – we’re such an unlikely trio as well – I quite like that,” the Ted Lasso star says at the world premiere in London.

“It was absolutely phenomenal being able to lean into their weight of experience – they’re proper movie stars, I was kind of a kid in the sweet shop, really.
“They’re so generous, so great as actors with proper comedy bones, even though, I guess that maybe they’re slightly less known for doing a comedy.”
The “unlikely trio” play three improv actors who help with an undercover police sting operation and comedy ensues.
It’s a plot based on a true story in the US but the movie adaptation has been moved to the ganglands of London.

Think less 007 though and more Pink Panther for this caper.
There were still some big action sequences, which had Mohammed looking to Bloom and Dallas Howard for advice.
“It was honestly a dream come true to do this sort of stuff, I couldn’t believe it … a feature film, that’s got lots of action in and stuff like that, they’re so much more adept at that [than me].”
It was a similar experience for actress Sonoya Mizuno, who tells 9honey Celebrity the group of actors “really brought me in”.
“They’re all really kind, generous actors [they] really brought me in, but [they’re] also very brilliant and very funny, so I had a great time,” Mizuno says on the blue carpet.
And the on-set hilarity was part of the challenge making the film, she says.

“I think it was my first week, and I just could not, I was just standing there shaking because I could not stop laughing,” Mizuno tells 9honey Celebrity.
