Jackie ‘O’ Henderson was brought to tears as she made a heartbreaking admission on how she feels about herself live on-air on Wednesday.
During a conversation on The Kyle and Jackie O Show with American self-help podcaster Gabby Bernstein, the team touched on the subject of ways to improve your mindset.
It was during that discussion that Henderson, 50, was asked to reflect on what “core belief” might be sabotaging how she feels about herself.

The veteran presenter said she had “done quite a lot of work” on herself in recent years, but sadly added that she “never felt good enough” until she got deeper into what was holding her back.
“It was like a bloody pressure cooker and everything came out,” the host said.
“Sometimes I think we have core beliefs that we’re not even aware of.”
Bernstein praised her honest and open response, adding: “You nailed it. You said it, ‘I don’t believe I’m worthy'”.

When double-checking if those were her words, Henderson hummed in agreement.
Kyle Sandilands then asked his co-host why she didn’t think she was good enough.
“I don’t know,” Henderson replied, before breaking down in tears.

Henderson also opened up to Bernstein about how she’s been sober for two and a half years.
He advised her to “get to know that part of you that doesn’t feel worthy” in order to heal.
“It takes a long time to do that. You know, to heal,” Henderson responded. “I feel like I’ve been working on it for two and a half years, constantly.”

Henderson is no stranger to being open with her personal life and struggles on radio.
In October 2024, the star revealed she privately battled with drug addiction.
At the height of her battle, she was taking pain killers, sleeping pills and alcohol.
She then sought help at the Betty Ford Centre in the U.S for a month in November 2022.
“I was in a really, really dark place,” she said on-air with Sandilands when revealing her private addiction battle for the first time.
