If you’ve got complaints, it seems Jeremy Clarkson doesn’t want to hear them.
The Clarkson’s Farm star has recently come under fire for the price of a steak pie at his UK pub The Farmer’s Dog.
The pie reportedly costs customers a whopping £24 (approximately $50) and punters aren’t too happy about it.

Not only are they not happy though, they’re also making sure Clarkson knows.
”Thought @JeremyClarkson wanted an affordable pub for customers. £24 for pie and veg is a bit much,” one customer wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
While some pub owners might ignore such comments and simply hope they fly under the radar, Clarkson has instead decided to come to the defense of his pub.

”Have you seen beef prices right now?” he wrote in response.
“If you could make it for less, I’ll give you a job.”
He also, jokingly (we hope), added that the customer is “now banned from the pub”.
But the online beef (pun intended) didn’t end there, another customer pointed out that from what they understand, the cows used to make those pies actually belong to Clarkson himself – so shouldn’t he be able to control the cost?
In response, the Top Gear alum pointed out only “some” of the cattle belong to him.

“Most come from other farmers in the area and we pay a premium,” he wrote.
“We are here to back British farming. If you don’t want to do that, fine. Enjoy your chlorine.”
When asked by followers why the beef prices have gone up so much, Clarkson simply responded, “Because some men in suits in Chicago made a decision”.
And when another asked him to explain how the cost of buying and raising cattle translates to £24, he gave very little information and instead just instructed them to, “Watch the show. It’s explained”.
