One Direction star Louis Tomlinson and Love Island alum Zara McDermott have all but confirmed their relationship with the help of three simple words – and no, they’re not the ones you’re thinking of.
McDermott, 28 is a TV personality and has presented a number of documentaries. In her latest Instagram post, she shared with her fans that her latest series is all about Thailand.
“I’m so unbelievably excited about this one. I can’t believe I’ve been making documentaries for five years now… every year that goes by I feel my confidence in front of the camera, in my producing (and in myself!!) growing so much,” she wrote.

“I feel really proud of this, of our amazing team for creating such a special series with so much depth to it, exploring some pretty serious topics but also capturing the fun too. I learnt SO much making this program. I cannot wait.”
Many fans congratulated her, among them her rumoured beau Tomlinson.
He simply wrote, “Proud of you x”, which has since garnered over 10,000 likes and 1000 comments saying he was “cute” for providing support.

He wasn’t the only Tomlinson to leave a comment, with his younger sister Daisy seemingly giving her approval of the relationship.
“Clever and beautiful ❤️” Daisy wrote about McDermott.
The exchange comes after months of rumours surrounding the pair, with the couple first being spotted together in photos taken by The Sun in March this year.

The couple were seen having dinner together at a hotel, three months after it was revealed she had split from her ex-boyfriend and Made in Chelsea co-star Sam Thompson.
McDermott and Thompson dated for five years before they parted ways at the end of 2024.

Tomlinson, 33, was previously involved in a decade long on-again-off-again relationship with actress Eleanor Calder which came to a definitive halt in 2023.
He has dated many others, including American stylist, Briana Jungwirth, with whom he welcomed his son Freddie Reign Tomlinson in 2016.
