The stars have gathered in the Big Apple for a night celebrating the best of TV.
In 2024, the Gotham Film and Media Institute put on the first Gotham Television Awards.
The awards show has returned for a second year to recognise talent on-screen and behind the camera across television.
The event was hosted on June 2 at Cipriani Wall Street with lots of stars in attendance, from the casts of The Handmaid’s Tale and The White Lotus, to the 2025 breakout medical drama series, The Pitt.

Parker Posey

While she’s usually sporting a much darker hair colour, this ’90s screen icon has switched up her look in 2025.
Parker Posey, 56, has undergone a hair transformation, now sporting a fiery red bob.
The Party Girl star paired her new look with a plunging butter yellow dress for the event.
While walking the red carpet, the actress bumped into one of her co-stars…
Sam Rockwell, Parker Posey, and Leslie Bibb
At one point during the night, Posey reunited on the red carpet with her The White Lotus castmate Leslie Bibb, and Bibb’s partner Sam Rockwell.
Rockwell had a cameo in a season three episode of The White Lotus.

Bibb, 51, stunned on the night wearing a mint green midi dress by Stella McCartney.
She opted for a pair of red shoes that blended in with the red carpet while she posed for full-length pictures.
The Handmaid’s Tale cast
Following the season six finale episode of The Handmaid’s Tale, which marks the final ever episode, the cast of the hit show stepped out in style for a night in New York.
Pictured above are several of the stars from the series.
The show took home the Ensemble Tribute award on the night.
Elisabeth Moss
Leading lady Elisabeth Moss, who stars as June on the show, arrived in a floor-length black gown with a chic cropped jacket over the top.
You can never go wrong with a black dress.
Yvonne Strahovski
Aussie actress Yvonne Strahovski was also in attendance.
Strahovski, 42, stars as the complicated Serena Joy in The Handmaid’s Tale.

Madeline Brewer
Madeline Brewer, who plays Janine, stunned in a sheer gown from the Atlein FW25 RTW collection.
Along with her role in The Handmaid’s Tale, Brewer, 33, has also been in hit series like Orange Is the New Black and You.

The cast of The Pitt
Shawn Hatosy, Katherine LaNasa and Noah Wyle were out at the awards show for their new hit medical drama series, The Pitt, which ended up taking home the Breakthrough Drama Series award.
The series follows one day shift at a Pittsburgh hospital, with each episode covering a different hour.
Leading actor and producer Wyle also had a special plus one for the big occasion.
Noah Wyle
Wyle, 53, brought his wife of more than a decade, Sarah Wells, 45, as his date.
The pair sweetly held hands on the red carpet while posing for photos.
Wyle and Wells have been married since 2014.

The cameras captured the exact moment the pair shared a kiss.
They weren’t the only couple to grace the awards show.
Hilaria Baldwin and Alec Baldwin
Star couple Hilaria and Alec Baldwin enjoyed a night off from parent duty.
The couple left their seven kids at home for a couple appearance at the TV awards.
Hilaria stunned in a form-fitting blue gown while Alex suited up with a tie.
Ben Shattuck and Jenny Slate
Actress Jenny Slate was also spotted at the awards show amid the ongoing It Ends With Us legal drama between her co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
Slate looked chic in a silky black gown with a cape detail.
She posed for photos holding hands with her husband Ben Shattuck, whom she married in 2021.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star, 34, wore a netted Christian Dior mini dress for the night.

And here’s Abbott Elementary star Sheryl Lee Ralph in her take on the little black dress.
The actress, 68, looked glamorous in a halter style with a pair of strappy heels.
Ralph took home the Sidney Poitier Icon Tribute award on the night.
Britt Lower

Britt Lower, who currently stars on the hit series Severance, opted for a floor-length white gown from Louis Vuitton – but with a unique twist.
Instead of just a basic white gown, it featured diagonal black lines on the front to create an optical illusion of sorts, looking like the dress had a plunging neckline.
Kelly Bishop
Gilmore Girls alum Kelly Bishop, 81, brought the party vibes with her to the red carpet, arriving in a suited look with a shiny silver top taking centre stage to her look.
AnnaSophia Robb
Remember the little girl from Bridge to Terabithia? Well she’s all grown up now.
31-year-old actress AnnaSophia Robb attended the star-studded TV awards night wearing a simple strapless gown with her hair styled out and above her shoulders.
Cristin Milioti
Actress Cristin Milioti, known for shows The Penguin and How I Met Your Mother, stunned in a gown from Christian Dior for the star-studded event.
It was a big night for Never Have I Ever actress Poorna Jagannathan, 52.
The star took home the Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Comedy Series for her work on Deli Boys.
For the special occasion, Jagannathan decided to wear head-to-toe purple.
